We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in its original condition and packaging

Include proof of purchase

For hygiene, safety, and alcohol licensing reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

UK & EU Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To qualify:

Items must be unopened and unused

In original packaging

With proof of purchase

This right does not apply to sealed alcoholic products that have been opened after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Within 10 business days of approval

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
